How I work:
As a person-centred counsellor, Im here to offer you a warm, understanding, and supportive space where you can feel truly comfortable to share your thoughts and feelings. My approach is all about working together in a compassionate and non-judgmental way to help you explore your challenges and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we can navigate these challenges, uncover insights, and work towards creating a greater sense of well-being and fulfillment in your life.
Sometimes, we can feel stuck, whether its due to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or other life challenges. Im here to support you in identifying your goals and working together to build understanding, acceptance, and perspective, helping you take meaningful steps forward.
I have a special passion for supporting women who feel the weight of juggling many roles while trying to hold on to their sense of self. Whether youre balancing caring for children and parents, navigating relationship challenges, or quietly carrying unspoken trauma, I offer a supportive space for you to explore and reconnect with yourself.
I also support young adults as they navigate the challenges of life after leaving home, whether theyre studying or beginning their journey into independence.
I have experience with a wide range of issues and struggles, but remember, we dont need to be in distress to benefit from counselling. Perhaps youre just not feeling like yourself, or you might appreciate having someone independent to truly listensomeone who offers understanding without judgment.

Alongside my private practice, I also work with the NHS Youth Counselling Service supporting young people who are struggling with issues such as low self-esteem, anxiety, ADHD, depression, identity, self-harm and suicidal ideation.

Initial Consultation
Finding the right counsellor is important, I offer a free 20 minute online introduction to find out a little more about your goals and give you the space to ask me any questions.
Fees
Each session is 50 minutes long - £60 per session
When I Work
I see clients on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, I can be flexible with timings if clients are studying or working away.
